What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is generally $10,000. However, there is a specific circumstance under which this fee is waived.

The initial franchise fee is waived if a Body & Brain home-based franchisee exercises their option to convert their existing franchise to a full Body Brain Center franchise. This waiver is contingent upon the franchisee meeting all the conditions for exercising this conversion option, which includes paying the applicable conversion fee as outlined in their original franchise agreement for the home-based franchise.

This waiver provides an incentive for existing home-based franchisees to expand their operations to a physical Body Brain Center location. It reduces the financial barrier for those who have already invested in the Body & Brain system and wish to grow their business further, provided they meet the franchisor's requirements for conversion.
