Workshop
Before you apply for the franchise, you must attend the Self-Enrichment workshop provided by BBYHC. You must pay BBYHC a fee ranging from $150 to $400 to attend the Self-Enrichment workshop. This fee is payable at the time you sign up for the Self-Enrichment workshop. The fee for the Self-Enrichment worship is uniform. The entire fee is refundable if you notify BBYHC that you will not attend the training program before training begins. However, if you provide this notice within 21 days of training, BBYHC may retain an administrative fee of up to $50.
Qualified Instructor Training
Before you apply for the franchise, all Owners must complete the Qualified Instructor Training program provided by BBYHC. You must pay BBYHC a fee of $2,800 to $3,900 to attend the training. This fee is payable at the time you sign up for the training. The Qualified Instructor Training fee is uniform. The entire fee is refundable if you notify BBYHC that you will not attend the training program before training begins. However, if you provide this notice within 21 days of training, BBYHC may retain an administrative fee of up to $50.
Leadership Training
Before you apply for the franchise, all Owners must complete the Leadership Training program provided by BBYHC. You must pay BBYHC a fee of $7,500 to $9,400 to attend the training. This fee is payable at the time you sign up for the training. The Leadership Training fee is uniform. The entire fee is refundable if you notify BBYHC that you will not attend the training program before training begins. However, if you provide this notice within 21 days of training, BBYHC may retain an administrative fee of up to $50.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prospective owners must complete three training programs before applying for a franchise. These include the Self-Enrichment Workshop, the Qualified Instructor Training program, and the Leadership Training program, all provided by BBYHC. The Self-Enrichment Workshop costs between $150 and $400. The Qualified Instructor Training program costs between $2,800 and $3,900. The Leadership Training program costs between $7,500 and $9,400. These fees are payable when signing up for the respective training programs and are uniformly imposed.
If a prospective Body Brain Center franchisee cancels their attendance before training begins, they are eligible for a full refund of the training fee. However, if the cancellation notice is provided within 21 days of the training, BBYHC may retain an administrative fee of up to $50. This policy applies to all three training programs.
These pre-application training requirements are in addition to the initial franchise training program that franchisees must attend after signing the Franchise Agreement. The initial training program has a separate initial training fee of $10,000. These multiple layers of training suggest that Body Brain Center places a high priority on ensuring franchisees are well-prepared.
