Body_Brain_Center Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
o attending training, you must pay us an initial training fee of $10,000 (the "Training Fee"), which we will credit against your initial training fee owed if you sign a Franchise Agreement before the expiration of the Franchise Evaluation Period (defined below). We will promptly refund the training fee if you notify us that you will not attend the franchise initial training program before the training program begins. The Training Fee is not refundable under any other circumstances. If you plan to hire a "manager" to operate one of your Body & Brain Centers, you must pay a separate $10,000 training fee for each such manager who attends our training program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee plans to hire a manager to operate one of their Body & Brain Centers, they must pay a $10,000 training fee for each manager who attends the initial training program. This fee is separate from the initial training fee that the franchisee pays.
The FDD also states that all managers must successfully complete the initial training program. The franchisee is responsible for all food, lodging, and travel costs that their managers incur while attending any training program.
This means that a Body & Brain Center franchisee needs to factor in the cost of manager training when considering staffing and operational expenses. The $10,000 fee per manager, in addition to travel and accommodation costs, represents a significant investment in ensuring that managers are properly trained in the Body & Brain Center system.
