We only consider offering franchises to individuals who have completed: (i) at least 6 months of regular classes held at a Dahn Yoga Center or Body and Brain Center; (ii) the Self-Enrichment workshop provided by BBYHC; and (iii) the Qualified Instructor Training provided by BBYHC; (iv) the Leadership Training provided by BBYHC.
Description of Franchised Business
Under your Body & Brain franchise (referred to in this Disclosure Document as your "Business" or your "Center"), you will focus on offering the physical aspects of Body & Brain holistic products and services. In particular, you will establish and operate a business that provides holistic health and natural healing programs to individuals and small groups and sells related products.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, BBYHC provides specific training programs to individuals interested in becoming franchisees. To qualify for a Body Brain Center franchise, candidates must complete several training programs offered by BBYHC. These include a Self-Enrichment workshop, Qualified Instructor Training, and Leadership Training.
Prior to receiving this training, prospective franchisees must first have attended regular classes at a Dahn Yoga Center or Body & Brain Center for at least six months. This prerequisite ensures that franchisees have a foundational understanding of the Body & Brain methods and philosophy before undergoing more intensive training.
Before attending training, franchisees must sign either the Franchise Agreement or the Training Agreement. The Training Agreement allows a period of 180 days after successfully completing training to sign the Franchise Agreement. If the Franchise Agreement is not signed within that period, Body Brain Center is no longer obligated to grant the franchise.
