Does Body Brain Center still offer the Platinum Membership program?
Body_Brain_Center Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
In the past, we offered a "Platinum Membership" program for Body & Brain customers that included acceptance of Dahn Center Gold members. We no longer offer the Platinum Membership program and BBYHC no longer offers the Gold
Membership program, although pre-existing platinum members and gold members are still permitted to receive the benefits under these programs.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the Platinum Membership program is no longer offered. The FDD states that Body Brain Center previously offered a "Platinum Membership" program for Body & Brain customers that included acceptance of Dahn Center Gold members. However, the document explicitly states that Body Brain Center no longer offers the Platinum Membership program, and BBYHC (Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers, Inc.) no longer offers the Gold Membership program.
Despite the discontinuation of these programs, the FDD clarifies that pre-existing platinum and gold members are still permitted to receive the benefits associated with their memberships. This means that while new customers cannot enroll in the Platinum Membership program, Body Brain Center must continue to honor the terms and conditions for those who joined before the program was discontinued.
For prospective franchisees, this information is important for understanding the current membership offerings and obligations. Franchisees will not be able to sell new Platinum Memberships but must be prepared to accommodate existing members who are still entitled to benefits. This could impact marketing strategies and customer service protocols, as the center will need to manage expectations and provide service to members under legacy programs.
