What specific service marks does Body Brain Center grant franchisees a license to use?

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, Body Brain Center grants franchisees the right to use logotypes, service marks, and trademarks involved in the operation of a Body & Brain Center. These marks specifically include "Body & Brain" and "Body & Brain Center". The license also extends to any other trademarks, service marks, trade names, or trade dress that Body Brain Center designates for use in a Body & Brain Center. These marks are collectively referred to as the "Marks".

Body Brain Center retains the right to modify these marks at any time, and franchisees must comply with any instructions from Body Brain Center regarding changes to or discontinuation of the use of any intellectual property within 30 days at their own cost. Franchisees are only allowed to use the intellectual property in connection with products or services that have been expressly authorized by Body Brain Center.
