What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase a computer system that meets the brand's standards and specifications. The mandatory hardware components include a computer with the most current version of MS Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), a high-speed internet connection, a printer/copy machine, and a webcam.

In addition to the required hardware, Body Brain Center allows for optional hardware components. A franchisee's computer system may also include a USB magnetic/barcode reader and a thermal receipt printer.

The computer system is used for accounting, tracking sales, and managing and storing information about members. Body Brain Center will have independent access to the data entered into the specified web-based point of sale system (BRMNet) but will not have access to other information stored on the franchisee's computer system. This highlights the importance of ensuring the computer system meets the specified standards to effectively manage the business and maintain data security.
