What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to use specific software as part of the Software Service Agreement (SSA). The FDD indicates that the franchisee is required to use the BRMNet software.

This requirement has implications for the franchisee's ability to terminate the SSA. While either party can terminate the SSA with 30 days' notice, the franchisee is obligated to use the BRMNet software under the Franchise Agreement. This suggests that even if the franchisee terminates the SSA, they may still be required to utilize the BRMNet software as part of their broader obligations to Body Brain Center.

It is important for a prospective Body Brain Center franchisee to understand the terms and conditions of both the Franchise Agreement and the Software Service Agreement, particularly regarding software usage and termination rights. Further clarification should be sought from the franchisor regarding the ongoing requirement to use the BRMNet software even if the SSA is terminated.
