When is the Body Brain Center Royalty Fee due?

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Royalty Fee is due on or before the 6th day of each month. This payment covers the prior month's operations and is calculated as 10% of monthly Program Sales. Program Sales include all gross sums received from services sold at the Body Brain Center, such as memberships and referral fees, but exclude revenues from product sales, amounts refunded to customers, and sales and use taxes.

Body Brain Center requires franchisees to sign an ACH Authorization Form, which allows the company to electronically debit the franchisee's designated bank account for all fees payable, including the Royalty Fee. Franchisees must deposit all revenues into this bank account and ensure sufficient funds are available for withdrawal before each due date. This electronic payment system is a common practice in franchising, ensuring timely and consistent payments.

It is important for prospective Body Brain Center franchisees to understand how Program Sales are calculated and to maintain accurate sales records. Franchisees must provide Body Brain Center with reports of both Program Sales and product sales, recording all sales information on the same day the sale occurs. Any amounts included in Program Sales that are subsequently refunded will be deducted from the Program Sales for the next reporting period, affecting the Royalty Fee calculation for that period.
