According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all owners and managers must successfully complete the initial training program and pay the associated training fee. The initial training fee is $10,000, which must be paid before attending the training.
Body Brain Center generally requires a franchisee to hire a manager if they purchase multiple franchises, unless the franchisee has at least one owner for each franchise. Even if a franchisee purchases a single franchise and hires a manager, the franchisee must remain actively involved in the operation of the center. The FDD estimates that only one person will attend the pre-opening initial training program, although franchisees can send more than one person.
In addition to the initial training fee, franchisees must cover all travel, food, and lodging costs associated with attending the franchise training program, as well as the Self-Enrichment Workshop, Qualified Instructor Training, and Leadership Training. The estimated cost for these training expenses ranges from $2,300 to $5,000. The Self-Enrichment Workshop costs between $150 and $400, Qualified Instructor Training costs between $2,800 and $3,900, and Leadership Training costs between $7,500 and $9,400. These fees are paid to BBYHC before attending the workshop or training, although Body Brain Center may collect and pay to BBYHC at their option.
