According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body Brain Center requires advance approval of the center's location. Each Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate a single Body & Brain Center at a location that Body Brain Center must approve in advance. The franchisee must identify a location for their Center within the Site Selection Area described in Attachment "B" to the Franchise Agreement.

If a franchisee wants to relocate their Body & Brain Center, they must obtain Body Brain Center's prior written approval, which Body Brain Center will not unreasonably withhold. If Body Brain Center allows the franchisee to relocate, the franchisee must: (i) locate the new Center within the Site Selection Area described in Attachment "B" to the Franchise Agreement; (ii) comply with all of Body Brain Center's then current site selection and development requirements; and (iii) open the new Center and resume operations within 180 days after closing the prior Center.

This requirement is typical in franchising, as it allows Body Brain Center to maintain brand consistency and ensure that new locations are viable. The site selection criteria are important for franchisees to understand, as they will need to find a location that meets Body Brain Center's requirements. Attachment B of the Franchise Agreement will provide more details on the Site Selection Area.
