Can Body Brain Center reinstate or institute new membership programs?

At any time, we may reinstate these membership programs or institute new membership programs and you agree to participate in these programs according to the rules we prescribe in the Manual from time to time.
If we reinstate a membership program, you agree to take our form of membership agreement to your lawyer to ensure that it complies with state and local laws.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body Brain Center has the authority to reinstate old membership programs or institute new ones. As a franchisee, you are obligated to participate in these programs according to the rules prescribed in the manual.
Previously, Body Brain Center offered a "Platinum Membership" program, while BBYHC (Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers, Inc.) offered a "Gold Membership" program. Although these programs are no longer offered, franchisees must continue to service customers who purchased these memberships under the original terms.
If Body Brain Center decides to reinstate a membership program, franchisees are required to have the membership agreement reviewed by their lawyer to ensure compliance with state and local laws. This ensures that the franchisee is operating within the legal boundaries of their specific location while adhering to the franchisor's membership program guidelines.
