What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body & Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, Body & Brain Center can modify the terms of the franchise agreement through modifications to the Manual. The purpose of these modifications is to ensure franchisees operate their centers in compliance with Body & Brain Center's standards and all other terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement.
Body & Brain Center has the ability to modify the Manual at any time, and these modifications become binding 30 days after notice is sent to the franchisee. The Manual contains mandatory provisions that franchisees must adhere to, covering aspects such as authorized goods and services, operating procedures, quality standards, reporting and insurance requirements, center specifications, and approved suppliers.
This clause allows Body & Brain Center to adapt to changing market conditions, maintain brand consistency, and ensure quality across all franchise locations. For a potential franchisee, this means they must stay informed of any changes to the Manual and be prepared to adapt their business practices accordingly. Failure to comply with modifications can result in a breach of the franchise agreement.
