What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will lend the franchisee their confidential Operating Manual for the duration of the franchise term. This manual is provided in either text or electronic form.
The manual is intended to assist the franchisee in establishing and operating their Body & Brain Center business. However, the information contained within the manual is considered confidential and proprietary.
As a result, the franchisee is prohibited from disclosing any of the manual's contents to third parties unless they obtain prior approval from Body Brain Center. This restriction is typical in franchising, as the operating manual contains the franchisor's trade secrets and methods.
