What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, they may send representatives to a franchisee's center to assist with the opening of the business upon request. However, the FDD does not explicitly detail what this on-site assistance entails or whether it includes specific on-the-job training for the Solar Body program.

The document mentions that Body Brain Center may offer periodic training programs or conduct additional training at a franchisee's request. These programs are optional, and Body Brain Center is not required to provide them but may do so at their discretion. If Body Brain Center travels to provide requested training, the franchisee must reimburse them for food, lodging, and travel costs, and may also be charged an Additional Training Fee of up to $150 per hour.

While the FDD outlines an initial training program and supplemental training programs, it does not specify whether these programs include on-the-job training at a franchisee's location. A prospective franchisee should inquire with Body Brain Center about the availability and nature of on-the-job training, including the specific content related to the Solar Body program, the costs associated with such training, and the qualifications of the personnel providing the training.
