- Maintain an Internet website that will include a list of all of the Body & Brain franchisees that are in good standing with us. We will also establish an intranet for our franchisees to provide operational support. We can modify the content of and/or discontinue the website at any time in our sole discretion. (Section 6.5)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body Brain Center maintains an internet website that includes a list of all franchisees in good standing. Body Brain Center also establishes an intranet for franchisees to provide operational support. Body Brain Center has the discretion to modify the content of the website at any time.
This means that Body Brain Center franchisees do not have control over the content presented on the brand's main website. While the website will list the franchisee's Body Brain Center, the franchisee cannot dictate how their center is presented or what information is highlighted.
Additionally, Body Brain Center franchisees are not allowed to develop or maintain their own website. However, franchisees are permitted to engage in online advertising as long as Body Brain Center approves the content of the advertisement and means of communication in advance. Franchisees may also advertise through approved social media accounts, but they must comply with any social media policy that Body Brain Center develops.
