What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the maximum total term for a Body Brain Center franchise, including the initial term and all renewal terms, is 15 years. The initial term of the franchise agreement is five years, and franchisees who meet the requirements for renewal may enter into successor franchise agreements. Each renewal term can be either three or five years, at the franchisee's option. After the 15th year, the franchisee has no further right to operate the Body Brain Center unless Body Brain Center grants another franchise at its sole discretion.

This 15-year limit provides a defined period for franchisees to operate under the Body Brain Center brand, allowing for potential adjustments in the franchise agreement terms in subsequent renewals. The franchisor retains the right to decide whether to continue the franchise relationship beyond this period.

Prospective franchisees should consider this term limit when evaluating the long-term potential of the Body Brain Center franchise. It is important to understand the conditions for renewal and the potential for changes in the franchise agreement terms upon renewal, as these factors can significantly impact the franchisee's investment and business strategy over the long term.
