What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may choose to create a franchise advisory council. If a franchisee is a member of this council, they are entitled to all voting rights and privileges granted to other members. Each member gets one vote for each Body & Brain Center they own and operate on all matters the members can vote on.
To be eligible for the advisory council, a franchisee must not be in default under their franchise agreement and must not act in a disruptive, abusive, or counterproductive manner, as determined by Body Brain Center. If the franchisee meets these requirements, they can be a member of the advisory council and exercise their voting rights.
This structure ensures that franchisees with multiple locations have a proportionally larger voice in the advisory council's decisions, reflecting their greater investment and involvement in the Body Brain Center system. However, Body Brain Center is not bound by any suggestions from the advisory council.
