We operated a Body & Brain Center in New Jersey from 2013 to 2014 that we reacquired from a franchisee and have operated a Body & Brain Center in Arizona since 2022. We have not otherwise directly operated a Body & Brain Center. However, as discussed below, our parent company has also operated similar businesses.
