What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Lease' agreement refers to a lease between the Landlord and the Tenant/Franchisee for the premises from which the Body & Brain franchised business will operate. This lease agreement allows the franchisee to use the premises, which are described in an exhibit. The Lease is entered into simultaneously with an agreement between the Tenant/Franchisee and the Franchisor.

This agreement is crucial because it secures the physical location for the Body Brain Center franchise. Without a valid lease, the franchisee would not have a place to conduct business. The FDD specifies that the premises are described in Exhibit A of the lease agreement, highlighting the importance of clearly defining the leased space.

Prospective Body Brain Center franchisees should carefully review the terms of the lease agreement, including the duration, rent, and any renewal options. They should also ensure that the premises are suitable for operating a Body & Brain Center and comply with all local regulations. Understanding the lease agreement is a critical step in establishing and maintaining a successful Body Brain Center franchise.
