According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the Lease Addendum is attached to the Franchise Agreement as Attachment "C".

This means that as a prospective Body Brain Center franchisee, you will find a standard Lease Addendum included as part of the franchise agreement. This addendum is important because Body Brain Center must approve the terms of your lease before you sign it. You are expected to make your best effort to have your landlord sign this Lease Addendum.

Body Brain Center's review of the lease is limited to ensuring that it includes certain provisions designed for their protection, particularly those found in the Lease Rider. However, Body Brain Center does not review the substantive terms, quality, or merits of your lease. If your landlord refuses to sign the Lease Addendum in substantially the form attached to the Franchise Agreement, Body Brain Center may require you to find a new site for your center, highlighting the importance of this addendum in the leasing process.
