What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to obtain and maintain the required insurance, Body Brain Center can elect to obtain the insurance on the franchisee's behalf. If Body Brain Center takes this action, the franchisee must reimburse Body Brain Center for the actual cost of the premiums, plus any costs and expenses incurred by Body Brain Center.
