Where does the initial training program for Body Brain Center take place?

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program takes place at a retreat in Sedona, Arizona, specifically the Sedona Mago Retreat Center. Alternatively, it may be held in Ellenville, New York, at the Honor's Haven Retreat & Conference. Body Brain Center also reserves the right to select another training location at its discretion or conduct the training in an online format.

The initial training program for Body Brain Center is approximately 30 hours long, spread over 5 to 9 days. Body Brain Center anticipates that most franchisees will send between 1 and 2 people to the training. All owners and managers must successfully complete this initial training to the franchisor's satisfaction.

Prospective franchisees should note that while there is no mandatory timeframe for completing the training after signing the Franchise Agreement or before opening, the Body Brain Center cannot be opened until the training is successfully completed. The franchisee must attend all hours of classroom training in every required subject. Furthermore, the Body Brain Center must be opened within 2 years of signing the Franchise Agreement, unless an extension of up to 2 additional years is granted by Body Brain Center.
