What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee of $10,000 is due before training begins. This fee is required for each person attending the initial training program, whether the attendance occurs before or after signing the Franchise Agreement.
For prospective Body Brain Center franchisees, this means that payment of the $10,000 training fee per person is a prerequisite for participation in the initial training program. If the franchisee plans to hire a manager, a separate $10,000 training fee is required for each manager attending the training.
The FDD also specifies conditions regarding the refundability of the training fee. The fee will be promptly refunded if the franchisee notifies Body Brain Center of their intention not to attend the initial training program before it begins. However, the training fee is non-refundable under any other circumstances, such as failure to complete the training program successfully or failure to sign the Franchise Agreement within the Franchise Evaluation Period.
