What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body & Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, a Body & Brain home-based franchisee who converts to a standard Body & Brain Center franchise and satisfies all conditions, including paying the conversion fee, will have the initial franchise fee waived.

The initial franchise fee is typically $10,000, but is reduced to $9,000 for existing franchisees acquiring an additional Body & Brain Center under specific conditions. The waiver of the initial franchise fee is a notable benefit for home-based franchisees looking to expand to a full-scale center, as it reduces the upfront investment required.

It is important to note that the waiver is conditional. The franchisee must meet all requirements for exercising the conversion option, including paying the applicable conversion fee, as outlined in the franchise agreement for the Body & Brain home-based franchise. Prospective franchisees should carefully review their existing franchise agreement to understand these conditions and ensure they are met to qualify for the fee waiver.
