What is identified on Part C of Attachment B of the Body Brain Center Franchise Agreement?

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, Part C of Attachment B to the franchise agreement identifies the territory granted to the franchisee. The territory consists of a specific geographic area, which is further depicted on a map attached to the following page.

Specifically, the territory is defined by zip codes, streets, or boundaries in effect as of the effective date of the Franchise Agreement. Any changes to these zip codes, streets, or boundaries during the term of the agreement or any renewal term will not alter the defined territory unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both the franchisee and Body Brain Center.

This delineation of territory is a crucial aspect of the franchise agreement, as it defines the area within which Body Brain Center will not operate or grant a franchise to a third party to operate a Body & Brain Center or a Dahn Yoga Center. However, Body Brain Center retains the right to operate Body & Brain Centers or grant franchises or licenses to third parties in Captive Venues within the franchisee's territory and to sell goods or services through Alternative Channels of Distribution, irrespective of whether the sales take place in the franchisee's Territory.
