What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the document includes a receipt that must be signed in duplicate. One signed receipt remains in the Franchise Disclosure Document as the prospective franchise owner's copy. The other signed receipt must be returned to Body and Brain Center, LLC.
This receipt serves as an acknowledgement that the prospective franchisee received the FDD. The FDD summarizes the franchise agreement and other information. Body and Brain Center must provide the FDD to the prospective franchisee at least 14 calendar days before they sign a binding agreement or make a payment to Body and Brain Center.
The receipt also states that if Body and Brain Center does not deliver the FDD on time, or if it contains a false or misleading statement or a material omission, a violation of federal and state law may have occurred. This should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the appropriate state agency listed in EXHIBIT "A" to the Disclosure Document.
