If you will lease the premises for your Center, you must use your best efforts to ensure your landlord signs the Lease Addendum that is attached to this Agreement as Attachment "C".

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to lease the premises for their center, they must exert their best effort to ensure that the landlord signs the Lease Addendum, which is included as Attachment "C" to the Franchise Agreement.

If the landlord declines to sign the Lease Addendum in the provided format, Body Brain Center retains the right to disapprove the lease based on their commercially reasonable judgment. Should this disapproval occur, the franchisee is obligated to find a new site for their Body Brain Center.

This stipulation ensures that Body Brain Center maintains control over the locations of its franchises and that the lease terms align with the brand's standards and requirements. This requirement is in place to protect the interests of both the franchisor and the franchisee by ensuring suitable and brand-compliant locations.
