y & Brain Center franchise is exercised by a Body & Brain home-based franchisee who has satisfied all of the conditions for exercising the option, including payment of the applicable conversion fee, set out in the franchise agreement for the Body & Brain home-based franchise.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to pay a royalty fee and an advertising fund fee based on their Program Sales. Specifically, on the sixth day of each month, a Body Brain Center franchisee must pay a royalty fee equivalent to 10% of their Program Sales generated during the preceding month.

Additionally, Body Brain Center franchisees are required to contribute to the advertising fund. This contribution, also due on the sixth day of each month, amounts to 0.5% of the franchisee's Program Sales for the prior month's operations. These funds are pooled together from all franchisees and company-owned centers and are used for advertising and marketing purposes.

Furthermore, all Online Payment Proceeds collected by Body Brain Center pertaining to a franchisee's center will be paid to the franchisee. The franchisor will also notify the franchisee of all online payment transactions on their website pertaining to the franchisee's center in a timely manner.
