What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to offer all services that Body Brain Center requires from time to time. The FDD specifies that this is based on Body Brain Center's commercially reasonable discretion. This means that while franchisees have some flexibility in the products they offer, they must provide all services that Body Brain Center deems necessary.

Franchisees may choose to offer authorized products, but they are not obligated to do so. However, franchisees are prohibited from offering any goods or services that have not been pre-approved by Body Brain Center in writing. The franchisee also cannot use their Body Brain Center for any purpose other than offering authorized goods and services.

Body Brain Center retains the right to add or remove authorized goods and services without it being considered a termination of the franchise agreement. This allows Body Brain Center to adapt to market changes and customer demands, but it also means that franchisees must be prepared to adjust their offerings as directed by the franchisor.
