"Marks" means the logotypes, service marks, and trademarks now or hereafter involved in the operation of a Body & Brain Center, including "Body & Brain," "Body & Brain Center" and any other trademarks, service marks or trade names that we designate for use in a Body & Brain Center.
The term "Marks" also includes our distinctive trade dress used to identify a Body & Brain Center, whether now in existence or created in the future.

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are granted a license to operate a Body & Brain Center using Body Brain Center's intellectual property. The FDD defines 'Marks' as the logotypes, service marks, and trademarks involved in the operation of a Body & Brain Center, including "Body & Brain" and "Body & Brain Center" and any other trademarks, service marks or trade names that Body Brain Center designates for use in a Body & Brain Center. The term 'Marks' also includes Body Brain Center's distinctive trade dress used to identify a Body & Brain Center, whether now in existence or created in the future.
This means that franchisees must use the trademarks, service marks, and trade names that Body Brain Center designates. This also means that franchisees must adhere to the trade dress of Body Brain Center to properly identify their center.
Prospective franchisees should note that Body Brain Center maintains the right to modify the content of and/or discontinue the Website and intranet at any time in its sole discretion. Franchisees must also operate their Body & Brain Center in compliance with the confidential operations manual provided by Body Brain Center.
