- 9.2 Marketing Assistance From Us. We will provide you with a standardized marketing plan for your Business. The marketing plan will be included in the Manual. We may create and make available to you advertising and other marketing materials at no additional charge. We may make these materials available over the Internet (in which case you must arrange for printing the materials and paying all printing costs). Alternatively, we may enter into relationships with third party suppliers who will create the advertising or marketing materials for your purchase. We will provide reasonable marketing consulting, guidance and support throughout the Term on an as needed basis.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standardized marketing plan for a franchisee's business is included in the Manual. Body Brain Center will also provide marketing assistance during the term of the franchise agreement, as further described in Section 9.1 and Section 9.2 of the FDD.
In addition to the standardized marketing plan, Body Brain Center may create and make available advertising and other marketing materials at no additional charge. These materials may be accessible over the Internet, requiring the franchisee to handle printing and associated costs. Alternatively, Body Brain Center may establish relationships with third-party suppliers for franchisees to purchase advertising or marketing materials.
Body Brain Center also commits to providing reasonable marketing consulting, guidance, and support throughout the term of the franchise agreement on an as-needed basis. This support aims to help franchisees effectively market and operate their Body & Brain Center.
