You understand and acknowledge that you will not acquire any interest in the Know-how other than the right to utilize it in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement in the development and operation of a Body & Brain Center.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees do not acquire any ownership interest in the "Know-how". The FDD specifies that the franchisee only obtains the right to utilize the Know-how in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement for operating a Body & Brain Center.
