"Know-how" means all of our and our affiliates' trade secrets and other proprietary information relating to the development or operation of a Body & Brain Center, including, but not limited to, methods, techniques, specifications, procedures, marketing strategies and information comprising the System and the Manual.

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 'Know-how' encompasses all of the company's and its affiliates' trade secrets and proprietary information pertaining to the development or operation of a Body & Brain Center. This includes, but is not limited to, methods, techniques, specifications, procedures, marketing strategies, and information comprising the System and the Manual. The System itself refers to Body & Brain Center's unique operational system, characterized by its logo, trade secrets, concept, proprietary programs and products, confidential operations manuals, marketing techniques and strategies, Solar Body Method of systemized training, coaching system (including specially developed media content and merchandise) and operating system.

Prospective franchisees should understand that this 'Know-how' is considered proprietary and a trade secret of Body & Brain Center. Franchisees are granted the right to utilize this 'Know-how' strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement for the development and operation of their Body & Brain Center. Franchisees acknowledge that they do not acquire any other interest in the 'Know-how'.

The Brand Protection Agreement further reinforces the protection of this 'Know-how'. Employees, officers, directors, partners, members, independent contractors, and other persons associated with the franchisee's business who may have access to the 'Know-how' are required to sign and send Body & Brain Center a Brand Protection Agreement before gaining access. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring these individuals comply with the terms of the Brand Protection Agreements and must promptly notify Body & Brain Center of any breaches. This highlights the importance Body & Brain Center places on safeguarding its proprietary information and the measures franchisees must take to uphold these protections.
