What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement is included as an exhibit. Specifically, EXHIBIT "C" to the disclosure document is the Franchise Agreement. This is a standard practice in franchising, as it allows potential franchisees to review the complete legal obligations before investing.
In addition to the Franchise Agreement, Body Brain Center also includes other important agreements as exhibits to the Disclosure Document. These include the Training Agreement (EXHIBIT "D"), the General Release (EXHIBIT "E"), the Referral Agreement (EXHIBIT "F"), and the Software Service Agreement (EXHIBIT "G"). There are also attachments to the Franchise Agreement, such as a Lease Addendum, an ACH Authorization Form, and a Brand Protection Agreement.
Prospective Body Brain Center franchisees should carefully review all exhibits and attachments to fully understand their rights and obligations. It is highly recommended that potential franchisees consult with a legal professional to review these documents before signing any agreements or making any payments to Body Brain Center.
