A list of all current Body & Brain Center franchisees is attached to this Disclosure Document as EXHIBIT "J" (Part A), including their names and the addresses and telephone numbers of their outlets as of December 31, 2024. In addition, EXHIBIT "J" (Part B) liststhe name, city and state, and the current business telephone number (or, if unknown, the last known home telephone number) of every franchisee who had an outlet terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under the franchise agreement during our most recently completed fiscal year or who has not communicated with us within 10 weeks of the issuance date of this Disclosure Document. If you buy this franchise, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the franchise system.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a list of current franchisees is available as Exhibit J (Part A) of the document. This exhibit includes the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the Body Brain Center outlets as of December 31, 2024.
Exhibit J (Part B) also lists former franchisees. This includes the name, city, state, and current business telephone number (or last known home telephone number) of franchisees who had their outlet terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise ceased business during the most recent fiscal year. It also includes franchisees who have not communicated with Body Brain Center within 10 weeks of the FDD's issuance date.
It is important to note that if you become a Body Brain Center franchisee and later leave the franchise system, your contact information may be disclosed to other potential buyers.
