We estimate that the cost of your Computer System will range from $1,100 to $2,700. You must maintain the computer system and other equipment in good working order at your cost. During the term of your franchise, you may be required to change, upgrade or update your computer system to conform to our thencurrent specifications. There are no contractual limitations on the frequency or cost of these changes, updates or upgrades.
You must pay our parent, BBYHC, a monthly fee of $40 per month ($480 per year) for use of BRMNet. In exchange for this fee, BBYHC will provide all ongoing maintenance, support, upgrades and updates for the associated software. Most new computers come with a limited warranty where the manufacturer is obligated to provide certain ongoing services, such as support and repairs, for a limited period of time.
