What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, electronic payments made through the Online Payment Program for Introductory Class sessions, Trial Class sessions, Group Classes, and Private Classes are included in the franchisee's reporting of Program Sales. These electronic payments, referred to as "Online Payment Proceeds," are attributable to purchases made at the franchisee's center.

Body Brain Center will collect all Online Payment Proceeds pertaining to the franchisee's center and then pay those proceeds to the franchisee. The franchisee will receive timely notification of all online payment transactions made on the Body Brain Center website that are related to their specific center.

This arrangement means that Body Brain Center franchisees must accurately track and report these online sales as part of their overall Program Sales. It also ensures that franchisees receive the revenue generated from online payments for their services, while Body Brain Center manages the online payment processing and provides transaction notifications.
