BODY & BRAIN FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
This Franchise Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into this ___ day of _______________, 20___ (the "Effective Date") between Body and Brain Center, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we" or "us"), with principal offices at 1234 S. Power Road, Suite 250, Mesa, Arizona 85206 and the franchisee signing this Agreement below ("you").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the Effective Date marks the beginning of the franchise agreement's term. The Franchise Agreement is entered into on the Effective Date between Body and Brain Center, LLC, and the franchisee.
The term of the Body Brain Center Franchise Agreement begins on the Effective Date and lasts for five years. If the franchisee meets the conditions for renewal, they may enter into successor franchise agreements. Each renewal term will be for either three or five years, at the franchisee's option, but the maximum total term, including the initial and all renewal terms, is 15 years.
Additionally, the boundaries defining the franchisee's territory are determined by the zip codes, streets, or boundaries in effect as of the Effective Date. Any changes to these boundaries during the term of the Franchise Agreement or any renewal term will not alter the original territory definition unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both Body Brain Center and the franchisee.
