What document indicates Body Brain Center's site approval?

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, site approval is indicated on Part B of Attachment "B". Both the franchisee and Body Brain Center will sign this document upon approval of the site. Attachment B to the Franchise Agreement is titled "Site Selection & Territory". Part B of this attachment specifically addresses the approved site for the Body & Brain Center.

Prior to this approval, the franchisee must locate premises within the Site Selection Area identified in Part A of Attachment "B" and ensure it meets Body Brain Center's minimum site selection criteria. The franchisee is responsible for sending a complete site report, including demographic, commercial, and other information, along with photographs and video tapes, as required by Body Brain Center.

Body Brain Center retains the right to accept or reject any proposed site based on their commercially reasonable judgment. The FDD states that Body Brain Center will use its best efforts to approve or disapprove a proposed site within ten business days after receiving all necessary materials. However, the document clarifies that Body Brain Center's approval does not constitute a warranty of the site's suitability for a Body & Brain Center, but only indicates that the site meets the minimum criteria.
