- Maintain an Internet website that will include a list of all of the Body & Brain franchisees that are in good standing with us. We will also establish an intranet for our franchisees to provide operational support. We can modify the content of and/or discontinue the website at any time in our sole discretion. (Section 6.5)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body Brain Center maintains an internet website that includes a list of all Body & Brain franchisees in good standing. Body Brain Center also establishes an intranet for franchisees to provide operational support. The FDD states that Body Brain Center can modify the content of, or discontinue, the website at any time and at their sole discretion.
