How will Body Brain Center determine the commission rate for a Program developed after the Effective Date?

According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the commission rate for any new program developed after the franchise agreement's effective date will be determined by Body Brain Center. As a Body Brain Center franchisee, you will receive a commission for referring individuals to Body Brain Center programs, calculated as the net-of-tax payment multiplied by the commission rate specified in Schedule A.

To be eligible for this commission, the referred individual must have a valid membership or a program agreement bearing your signature or stamp. It's important to note that Body Brain Center retains the right to change both the programs offered and their associated commission rates.

Body Brain Center commits to providing franchisees with a 2-week written notice of any modifications or changes to the programs and/or the commission rates. This advance notice allows franchisees to adjust their sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
