Does Body Brain Center deliver or install any of the items that I must purchase to establish my Body Brain Center Business?

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor does not deliver or install any of the items that a franchisee must purchase to establish their Body Brain Center business. However, Body Brain Center will provide written specifications for the goods and services a franchisee must purchase to establish their business, along with a written list of approved and/or designated suppliers for acquiring these goods and services.

After purchasing or leasing an approved site, the franchisee is responsible for constructing and equipping the premises according to the specifications in the Manual. This includes installing all required equipment, fixtures, signs, and other items. Before opening, Body Brain Center must approve the build-out and layout of the center.

The franchisee is also responsible for remodeling and making any improvements or alterations that Body Brain Center reasonably requires to reflect their current image and facility specifications. There are no limitations on the cost or frequency of these remodeling obligations, and the franchisee cannot remodel or significantly alter the premises without prior approval from Body Brain Center.
