- Provide you with written specifications for the goods and services you must purchase to establish your Business, as well as a written list of approved and/or designated suppliers for purposes of acquiring these goods and services. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center FDD, Body Brain Center does not deliver or install any of the items that a franchisee is required to purchase to establish their business. The franchisee is responsible for purchasing or leasing a site that meets the specifications outlined in the manual, constructing and equipping the premises accordingly, and installing all necessary equipment, fixtures, and signs.
Before opening a Body & Brain Center, the franchisee must have the build-out and layout of their center approved by Body Brain Center. Furthermore, franchisees are obligated to remodel and make any necessary improvements or alterations to their center as reasonably required by Body Brain Center to reflect the current image and facility specifications. There are no limitations on the cost or frequency of these remodeling obligations, and franchisees cannot remodel or significantly alter their premises without prior approval from Body Brain Center.
Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these requirements, as they will bear the costs and responsibilities associated with site development, construction, and installation. It is important to factor in these expenses when evaluating the overall investment required to open a Body Brain Center franchise. Additionally, franchisees should maintain open communication with Body Brain Center to ensure compliance with all specifications and approval processes throughout the build-out and remodeling phases.
