- 4.2 Renewal Requirements. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who wishes to enter into a successor franchise agreement must notify Body Brain Center in writing. This notification must be made not less than 180 days, and not more than 360 days, before the expiration of the current term.
To renew their Body Brain Center franchise, franchisees must meet several requirements. They cannot be in default of their current franchise agreement or any other agreement with Body Brain Center or its affiliates at the time of sending the renewal notice or when signing the new agreement. Franchisees must also sign the successor franchise agreement, along with any other required documents, and provide a General Release.
Additionally, franchisees must pay a $1,000 renewal fee, which is non-refundable once the successor agreement is signed. They must also take any other actions that Body Brain Center reasonably requires. Meeting these conditions ensures the franchisee can continue operating their Body Brain Center under a new franchise term.
