What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a representative from Body Brain Center provides on-site assistance to a franchisee, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Body Brain Center for certain expenses. This on-site assistance may include help with the opening of the business.
The costs that Body Brain Center may request reimbursement for include the reasonable costs of travel, meals, and lodging. In addition to these, Body Brain Center may also request reimbursement for other expenses incurred by their representative while providing the on-site assistance.
It is important to note that Body Brain Center is not required to send a representative to provide on-site assistance. However, if they do, the franchisee will be responsible for covering these costs upon completion of the on-site assistance.
