A Body & Brain home-based franchisee has the option to convert to a Body & Brain Center franchise if the Body & Brain home-based franchisee: (i) is in full compliance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement for the Body & Brain home-based franchise; (ii) pays a conversion fee of $10,000; (iii) completes the Leadership Training; (iv) signs our then current form of franchise agreement for a Body & Brain Center franchise and a general release. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the conversion fee for a Body & Brain home-based franchisee to convert to a Body Brain Center franchise is non-refundable. The conversion program is available if the home-based franchisee is in full compliance with their existing franchise agreement, pays a $10,000 conversion fee, completes the Leadership Training, and signs the current franchise agreement and a general release for a Body Brain Center franchise.

This conversion fee is paid instead of the initial franchise fee typically required for a new Body Brain Center franchise. The home-based franchisee is not required to pay the initial franchise fee or retake/pay for the initial training, Self-Enrichment Workshop, or Qualified Instructor Training. The conversion fee is uniformly imposed on all franchisees seeking to convert their franchise type.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that if a Body & Brain home-based franchisee decides to convert to a full Body Brain Center, they must be aware that the $10,000 conversion fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. This is a critical point to consider before deciding to pursue the conversion option, as it represents a sunk cost.
