You must hire, train, and supervise honest, reliable, competent and courteous employees for the operation of your Business.
You must pay all wages, commissions, fringe benefits, worker's compensation premiums and payroll taxes (and other withholdings required by law) due for your employees.
These employees will be employees of yours and not of ours.
You must ensure that a sufficient number of trained employees are available to meet the operational standards and requirements of your Business at all times.
You must ensure that your employees perform their duties in compliance with the terms of the Manual and any other materials applicable to employees that we communicate to you.
You may give your employees only the minimum amount of information and material from the Manual that is necessary.
You must ensure that your employees do not make or retain any copies of the Manual or any portion of the Manual.
We do not control, or have the right to control, the hiring, firing, training, discipline or day-to-day activities of your employees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for managing their own employees. Specifically, Body Brain Center does not control or have the right to control the hiring, firing, training, discipline, or day-to-day activities of the franchisee's employees.
The franchisee is obligated to hire, train, and supervise honest, reliable, competent, and courteous employees. They are also responsible for paying all wages, commissions, fringe benefits, worker's compensation premiums, and payroll taxes for their employees. The franchisee must ensure that a sufficient number of trained employees are available to meet the operational standards of the Body & Brain Center business.
While Body Brain Center does not directly control the employees, the franchisee must ensure that employees perform their duties in compliance with the terms of the Body Brain Center manual and any other materials communicated by Body Brain Center. The franchisee can only provide employees with the minimum necessary information from the manual and must prevent employees from making or retaining copies of the manual. This ensures the protection of Body Brain Center's confidential and proprietary information.
