Besides fees, what other amounts can Body Brain Center electronically debit from my account?

You must complete and send us an ACH Authorization Form allowing us to electronically debit a banking account that you designate (your "Account") for: (i) all fees payable to us pursuant to this Agreement; and (ii) any amounts that you owe to us or any of our affiliates for the purchase of goods or services.
Our current form of ACH Authorization Form is attached to this Agreement as Attachment "D".
You must sign and deliver to us any other documents that we or your bank may require to authorize us to debit your Account for these amounts.
All fees and costs payable by you under this Agreement, and any other amounts owed to us or our affiliates for the purchase of goods or services, will be electronically debited from the Account.
We will debit your Account for these payments on or after the due date.
You must deposit into the Account all revenues that you generate from the operation of your Business.
You must make the funds available for withdrawal by electronic transfer before each due date.
If there are insufficient funds in your Account to cover all amounts that you owe, any excess amounts that you owe will be payable upon demand, together with any late charge imposed pursuant to Section 13.4.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to fees, Body Brain Center can electronically debit amounts you owe for the purchase of goods or services from them or their affiliates.
To facilitate these electronic debits, you must complete an ACH Authorization Form, allowing Body Brain Center to debit a designated banking account. You also need to sign and deliver any other documents required by Body Brain Center or your bank to authorize these debits. Body Brain Center will debit your account on or after the due date for all fees, costs, and other amounts owed.
Furthermore, you are required to deposit all revenues generated from your Body Brain Center business into the designated account, ensuring funds are available for withdrawal via electronic transfer before each due date. If there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the full amount owed, the excess will be payable upon demand, along with any applicable late charges.
