Who bears the cost of complying with changes to Body Brain Center's Intellectual Property?

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with complying with any modifications or discontinuations of the brand's intellectual property. Body Brain Center retains the right to modify its Intellectual Property at any time, at its sole discretion. This includes changes to the Marks, the System, the Copyrights, or the Know-how.
